Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We offer free shipping for flat items only (anything flatter than 2cm, f.ex: greeting cards, prints, socks, sponges, washis, etc) on orders over 15€.

We offer free shipping to Luxembourg for orders over 100€ and to European countries on orders over 200€.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Kayl. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days.

Same day pickup is possible for orders placed before 13:00h.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our warehouse pickup hours are usually between 10:00-18h:00h on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

For Sunday pick-up, please email moien@alchemilla.lu. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alchemilla is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which, if you chose that option, will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Tracking is available for:

Aruba, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia (Rep.), Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States of America.

Please do not choose tracking if you are not shipping to one of the countries above. The tracking will not work.

If you absolutely want tracking and live in a country that is not on the list, please email us at hello@alchemilla.lu before placing an order, and we'll discuss options with you.

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Please note that if you do not choose the tracking option, there is no way for us to track your package once it's handed over to our postal service. For certain countries, delivery may take up to 2 months, depending on the time of year, political situation, or global event.

If you are located in Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands, please allow 7 working days before emailing us about your order.

If you are located in Europe, please allow 2 weeks after shipping before emailing us about your order.

If you are located outside of Europe, please allow 4-6 weeks before emailing us about your order.
